My New Favorite Wine

It is very rare that I do drink, honestly I am not much of a drinker. When I do..I naturally enjoy a full body ,deep red wine or a Yuengling Beer (on tap please).

With all the variety of alcohol at our finger tips wine is my favorite way to drink.

A few weeks ago when I was down in San Sebastian Winery in Florida doing a mini wine tour with my family. On the list of wines to try on the tour, their Rosa was my absolute favorite.

This wine is packed with flavor, but is very refreshing with an amazing fruit taste. It is sweet without being overly sweet. It’s just perfect.

Here are some of my tips for drinking wine:

  1. Always hold your wine glass by the stem. The temperature of your hands can alter the taste of the wine. So never hold your wine glass by the bowl (I’m guilty of this).
  2. Smell and taste your wine before you “swish,” it all around to incorporate oxygen in it. It will smell and taste differently before and after you incorporate oxygen into the wine.
  3. Have fun with it. To each person it will taste and smell differently. So grab a couple of girlfriends, make it a girls night sipping wine and food pairings!

Here is the wine that I have been drinking for a couple of nights now. If you are interested in purchasing it you can do so on the San Sebastian Website! When I am out I will be reordering some.

Plus they ship to your house! How great is that!

That is one very fine looking wine.
I do also enjoy drinking the glass of wine once in a while but I would have needed that tip with the temparature a bit sooner. Once left my glass under a light for 5 minutes and it was undrinkable.

Hmm I never had it before, and it shouldn’t have “gone bad,” within minutes. That’s very odd.
The best advice I could give you is do some reading online about wine. Maybe contact the company and they could give you some good pointers on how to drink the wine properly. Or call a wine and spirits store (that’s what they’re called where I am from)they maybe able to help you out as well.

I hope this helps! Good luck!
        Happy Wine Drinking!
