Adrian was home for a few day last week and my one request was for him to make his Pico De Gallo with our taco dinner. Before Adrian became a cross country trucker he was a chef, so I have always enjoyed his cooking. He is one of those people that can go in the fridge and turn nothing into sometime really good.
Since tomorrow is Taco Tuesday, I thought this would be a good recipe to share with you!
What You Need:
1 Medium Tomato, diced
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Fresh Jalapeño, seeded and chopped (You can always add more)
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice or freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder (to taste)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
What To Do:
- Wash and prepare all of your vegetables.
- Chop all of your vegetables
- Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl
